Overview

This Privacy Policy describes how Zypsy Inc. d/b/a Levian (“Levian,” “we,” “our,” or “us”) collects, uses, and protects personal information in connection with our websites, web applications, and services (collectively, the “Services”).

This Privacy Policy does not apply to data processed by Levian on behalf of enterprise customers as a service provider. Such processing is governed by separate agreements and applicable data processing addenda.

1. Information We Collect

Information You Provide

• Account Information — Name, email address, organization, login credentials.
• Uploaded Content — Company financial statements, transaction exports, reports, spreadsheets, PDFs, and other business data uploaded by users.
• Communications — Support requests and other communications.

Information from Third Parties

• Administrative Provisioning — Account information provided by an organization when access is granted on your behalf.

Automatically Collected Information

• Device and Log Data — IP address, browser type, operating system, and login/session metadata.
• Cookies — Strictly necessary cookies used for authentication and security.

Data You Should Not Upload

You should not upload to the Services any of the following unless Levian has expressly agreed in writing: social security numbers, government-issued IDs, payment card numbers, health or medical information, biometric data, children’s data, or other highly sensitive or specially regulated personal data.

2. How We Use Information

We use information to:

• Operate and maintain the Services.
• Authenticate users and secure accounts.
• Generate reports and analyses requested by users.
• Provide customer support.
• Improve product functionality.
• Comply with legal obligations and enforce our rights.

We may create aggregated or de-identified data that is not subject to this Privacy Policy.

3. Use of Data for Service and Model Improvement

Levian may process customer data, including uploaded financial statements, transaction exports, and business files, to provide, secure, maintain, support, and improve the Services.

Levian may use data derived from customer data for product analytics, benchmarking, service improvement, and improvement of Levian Models only after such data has been anonymized, de-identified, aggregated, or otherwise transformed so that it does not reasonably identify the customer, its users, individuals, or specific uploaded files.

Levian will not use customer-identifiable uploaded files to train third-party AI models for the third-party provider’s own purposes, unless expressly disclosed and agreed in writing.

This use is subject to applicable opt-outs and the terms of this Privacy Policy. Users may opt out by contacting admin@levian.ai. Enterprise or negotiated agreements may further restrict or prohibit such use.

4. No Professional Advice; No Guarantee of Outcomes

Levian provides analytical tools and AI-assisted reports to support founder decision-making. Outputs are informational only and are not investment, legal, tax, accounting, audit, valuation, lending, brokerage, or financing advice. Levian does not guarantee access to capital, financing, lender or investor interest, or any fundraising outcome. Users are responsible for verifying outputs and making their own decisions.

5. Data Sharing

Levian may share information with:

• Service Providers / Subprocessors — Hosting, database, authentication, AI model, monitoring, email, and productivity providers used to operate, secure, and improve the Services.
• Professional Advisors — Legal, accounting, and insurance advisors.
• Authorities — When required by law or legal process.
• Business Transfers — Mergers, acquisitions, or asset sales.

Levian does not sell personal information.

A current list of subprocessors is available on request.

6. Your Rights

Depending on your location, you may have rights to access, correct, or delete your information, or to object to certain processing. Requests can be made via admin@levian.ai.

7. Data Retention

Uploaded files and account data are retained while the account is active or as needed to provide the Services. Users may request deletion of their data. Some data may be retained where required by law, security, backup, audit, or other legitimate business purposes. Deletion from backup systems may occur on a delayed cycle.

8. Security

We implement reasonable technical and organizational safeguards. No system is completely secure.

9. International Transfers

Information may be processed outside your country of residence. Where required, appropriate safeguards are used.

10. Children’s Privacy

Levian does not knowingly collect personal data from individuals under the age of 16.

11. Cookies and Tracking Technologies

Levian uses strictly necessary cookies to authenticate users, maintain secure sessions, and protect the Services. We do not use cookies for analytics, advertising, or behavioral tracking.
